RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 5 days from the day you receive your item to exchange/return your item.

Returns for any reason other receiving a defective or incorrect item will be at the customer's shipping expense. We only process exchange and No Refunds.

ORDERS CAN'T BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN PLACED.

PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS.

All items must be unworn, with tags intact, (stained,perfume, ect).

For size exchanges, customer are responsible for the postage cost of the returns. After we received your return item, we will send out the exchanged item within 3 working days.

*We are not responsible for the cost of shipping packages lost or with an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Anything purchased at a discount price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
